To return or exchange an item please visit our self service Returns Portal and fill out your order information. Print a pre-paid shipping label and send back your items. Returns must within our 30-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Returns Portal. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a FedEx location.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

All COR Surf Products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product fails we will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or rips caused by accident, improper care, maintenance, negligence or the natural break-down of colors and materials over extended time and use.

To ensure a successful return, please ensure tags and packaging are still intact and that the items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items that are washed, marked, dirty, stained or have obviously been used will not be accepted.

For customers in the contiguous United States who are in possession of the original packaging, there is a restocking fee of $5.0

"Does it actually fit under the seat as a personal item? SOMETIMES. It fit under the seat without a water bottle in side pouch on one united flight and with a water bottle on frontier. It was tight both times. You will have very little leg room. It did NOT fit under the seat on my recent United flight to Alaska. It also does NOT fit in the personal item sizer that frontier has outside the gate when fully packed. It does fit in the carry on sizer when fully packed. So proceed with caution on frontier, you can make it work if the gate staff aren’t stingy, or you can take some stuff out and shove it in your pockets or something when getting on the plane. It will fit in the personal item sizer if it is not fully packed. And proceed with caution on any flight really because it might not fit under the seat when fully packed. Is it comfortable? No. I’m a 5’9” girl, not comfortable. My 6’3” male partner wore it on a hike, still not comfortable. Maybe someone would find comfortable, but unfortunately, we didn’t, even if it wasn’t super packed. I wish it had a hip strap. Packing - Overall it’s really great. You can stay really organized and it packs really well. Love the thoughtfulness and design in the pack overall. Looks sleek, got a compliment on it at the airport even. You can fit a lot of stuff in it. It's pretty water resistant which is great. Not waterproof. Took it on a rainy hike in Alaska with my laptop in it (was motorcycle camping, no other choice), and it survived! Overall a great pack, I do recommend it, but be wary of the size, it might not fit under an airplane seat, and it isn't very comfortable to wear unfortunately."

Amazing backpacks

"This is my 2nd CorSurf back pack and I love them both. I bought the 28 L this time and just like the 38L, it is well built with tons of features. I bought the black and love the color. Can use it for business as well. My 38 L is red and use it for surf trips when I need more room. The exterior material is very durable, water repellent and looks great. Hi! I have 2 questions: 1. I'm interested to get the 28L bag but I read from the reviews, that the sewing is easily torn. It could be owners overload with heavy stuff. May I know what is the maximum weight that the bag can withhold (in kg) after filling it up? 2. If I buy via Amazon, do i still get life time warranty? How can I do the exchange if the bag ripped? Look forward to your reply.
The issue we had with the stitching has been fixed. We added a double layer of extra strong nylon as well as double stitching so there shouldn't be any issue. That being said, if you are traveling with a laptop, it's best to pack you laptop before you pack your clothes so you don't overpack and cause too much strain on the zipper compartment. Yes the lifetime warranty is also covered on Amazon, thanks!
Good morning, I have a question. I'm considering buying this backpack for a trip to Europe (I'm coming from Italy) without having to pay extra for the suitcase and only travel with the free backpack (to put under the seat). Can I use it as free luggage? Does it fit under the seat? I also wanted to know if the backrest is rigid or is it soft and easily foldable? Because sometimes you are asked to put it in containers to check the measurements. Can I find the measurements in centimetres somewhere? Thank you

The 28L will fit under the seat on most airlines. I have had some people tell me the 38L also fits under the seat, but it would depend on the airline and size of plane.
