I have a 9'6" long board with classic 50/50 rails. Will these hooks support that or should I go with the SUP series?

Does it have side clips or must I clip the rolltop thing upward U-shaped?

Yes it also has side clips. Although if you are going to submerse the bag in water, I would suggest the top clip

How does this do in soft sand?

No! You need big balloon tires for soft sand.

What is the weight capacity on this?

It will Hold Approximately 45 pounds as long as it's installed correctly into a stud ad drywall screws that are included in the box.
