I have a 9'6" long board with classic 50/50 rails. Will these hooks support that or should I go with the SUP series?

Yes it also has side clips. Although if you are going to submerse the bag in water, I would suggest the top clip

No! You need big balloon tires for soft sand.

It will Hold Approximately 45 pounds as long as it's installed correctly into a stud ad drywall screws that are included in the box.
